Buy Tickets
Our box office opens one hour before showtime
or you can call 24 hours a day for reservations at 310-271-9039.
Important: Please do NOT email us regarding tickets.
We accept all credit cards except Discover Cards. There is a $2 per ticket service charge.
Important: Phone reservations for that night end at 6:00 PM.
If its after 6:00 PM, then you need to just come on down to the Jazz Bakery to buy your ticket.
Sold out shows are announced on the message on the reservation line. Please do not leave a message to ask if the show is sold out: we will announce sold out shows. Also, we cannot call to confirm reservations. If you've made your reservation by 6:00 PM for that night, you will have a seat.
Important: To put your minds at ease about your reservations via credit card, your cards are put into our process immediately, but may not be run until we approach the date. Please do not call in panic! All will be well!
The Jazz Bakery operates like a theater. If you make a reservation, then you will be charged, and there are no refunds. Reserved seats are held until showtime. Once the show begins, reserved seats will be sold at the door.
Important: Tickets are held at the door until showtime on the night of performance. Be sure to bring ID and please be on time! If its a sell-out night, we will release your seats once the show starts to patrons on the waiting list for unfilled seats.
Preferred and assigned seating is done on a first call first reserved basis.
Student Rush:
7 nights a week we offer Student Rush Tickets.
If you are a full-time student 21 and under, your student ID entitles
you to a reduced PRICE TICKET for any Jazz Bakery seat still available
at show time. This program is jointly sponsored by the JAZZ BAKERY and
KKJZ, America's #1 jazz station, to encourage young fans to experience
live jazz.
Please note that our student rush policy does not apply to reservations, unless an accompanying regular price ticket is purchased. Each full-price attendee may reserve up to two student tickets.
Whenever possible, if the second show is not sold out, students may stay for the second show at no charge, but paying customers get priority seats.
